Acceptance of Terms. By using https://southernservicellcjacksonville.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Attic Insulation, Fiberglass Insulation, Cellulose Insulation, Blown-In Insulation, Residential Insulation, Commercial Insulation provided by Southern Service LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Southern Service LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. Southern Service LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Southern Service LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Southern Service LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
